Due to financial constraints the South Carolina Guinea Pig Rescue will be closing its doors until further notice. We are still available for courtesy listings if you wish to rehome your guinea pig(s). All current rescues will have transferred to the North Georgia Guinea Pig Rescue as of 4/27/08.

The South Carolina Guinea Pig Rescue is a small, privately run rescue specializing in guinea pigs. We take unwanted, neglected and abused guinea pigs and rehabilitate them so they can find their forever homes.

Although we are based in Columbia, SC we have taken in pigs from North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia and Tennessee. We have adopted pigs to people as far away as northern North Carolina and southern Georgia!
